How do we get a group rate?
Send the short group request with your group size, date and location, or text us. We confirm your rate, date and nurse availability in writing. No payment is required to request.
Why do group rates require booking 7+ days ahead?
Group visits take planning: nurse scheduling, supplies for everyone, and often more than one nurse. Booking at least 7 days ahead lets us lock your group rate and your time slot. Day-of and short-notice visits are billed at standard rates.
How many people can book together?
Group pricing starts at 4 people. For larger groups, we may send multiple nurses when scheduling allows. Tell us your estimated group size in the request.
Can one person reserve the visit?
Yes. One organizer can start the request and reserve the group visit once details are confirmed.
Can everyone pay separately?
Yes. Everyone can pay individually, so the organizer doesn’t have to cover the whole group.
Can we add people day-of?
Usually, yes. Extra guests get your group’s rate when our nurses have the supplies and time, so give us your best headcount up front and we’ll bring extra. If the group grows a lot, let us know before the visit.
Do you come to hotels and Airbnbs?
Yes. IV Bird sends licensed RNs to hotels, Airbnbs, homes, offices and event locations across Austin. Staying downtown? See mobile IV therapy in downtown Austin.
Which IVs are best for groups?
Most groups ask about the Hangover IV, Hydration IV and Myers’ Cocktail IV. Each guest can choose their own, and we’ll help confirm options when we confirm your visit.
How far ahead should we book?
At least 7 days ahead to lock in a group rate. Shorter notice may still be possible at standard rates, depending on scheduling.
What if our plans change?
Tell us as soon as possible. We’ll work through timing changes when scheduling and nurse availability allow.
